OnaBeyond - Community Standards
Last Updated: August 2026
OnaBeyond is built on trust, authenticity, and professional respect. To ensure a high-quality experience for both prospective students and university partners, all users must adhere to the following Community Standards.
1. Authenticity & Honesty
- Students: You must represent yourself truthfully. Uploading forged academic transcripts, plagiarised personal statements, or using fake identities is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban.
- Universities: You must accurately represent your institution, programmes, scholarship availability, and admissions criteria. Misleading students regarding visa outcomes or financial aid is a severe violation.
2. Professional Conduct
- Respectful Communication: All messages sent through the OnaBeyond platform must remain professional. Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or abusive language will not be tolerated.
- No Spamming: Universities must tailor their outreach to students whose profiles genuinely match their programmes. Mass-messaging students who do not fit your criteria is considered spam and may result in account suspension.
3. Keeping It On-Platform
To protect both parties, we strongly encourage keeping initial recruitment conversations on the OnaBeyond platform. This ensures we can monitor for abusive behavior and provide support if disputes arise.
4. Enforcement
We actively monitor the platform. Any violation of these standards may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the OnaBeyond ecosystem without prior notice.
