1. How We Protect You

• Strict University Verification: Not just anyone can recruit on OnaBeyond. Every single institution on our platform undergoes a manual vetting process by our team to ensure they are a legitimate, accredited educational provider.
• Secure Document Handling: Your sensitive uploads (such as passports and transcripts) are never indexed by search engines and are stored in isolated, private environments.

2. What You Should Report

Please report an account to our support team immediately if you experience or notice any of the following:

• A university representative asking for immediate payment, application fees via insecure methods, or sensitive financial details over chat.
• Messages that are abusive, discriminatory, or harassing.
• Accounts that appear to be fake, impersonating an institution, or acting as unauthorized third-party brokers/agents.
• Students attempting to use the platform for immigration fraud.

3. How to Report

If you encounter suspicious activity or a violation of our Community Standards, please contact our trust and safety team at hello@onabeyond.com or use the reporting tools available within the platform dashboard.

4. Our Commitment to Action

We investigate all reports within 24 hours. Depending on the severity of the violation, actions taken may include content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans. We will also cooperate fully with relevant educational authorities and law enforcement if fraudulent activity is detected.
